If you haven’t had it, you need to go to Last Resort in Athens, GA and order a slice of the Tres Leches Cake. Best. Cake. Ever. However, at $7 a slice or so, I’m rarely able to get it (which is probably a good thing or else I’d be 700 lbs). So, I tried to make my own. Here’s one of the recipes I used:

Did it work? I guess so.

Was it as good as Last Resort’s? hell no.

Was it a pain in the ass? You bet your ass.

I guess it wasn’t meant to be :-(
